If you've followed me for any length of time, then you know my kids love yogurt -- in fact, I'm pretty sure they're addicted to it -- especially my daughter, E.  She loves yogurt in all forms, and believe it or not, she really prefers the Fiber One brand. In fact, these yogurt cups are a staple at our house. I like them as a sneaky way to boost the kids' nutrition; the kids like the yummy strawberry flavor (their favorite). Yes, they are sweetened with aspartame, but I figure as long as they don't have them for every meal, a little artificial sweeter won't hurt.
